Savannah Park is, just like Terracina, one of Sanford’s newest townhome communities. Savannah Park started constructing in 2008 and new town homes are still available (when you contact us about Savannah Park be sure to ask about move-in specials of the month!).

Savannah Park offers larger town homes, each with a 2 car garage in the back of the home (accessible through back alleys), a nice design touch that keeps the community looking organized and clean. Savannah Park consists of 2 gated parts that share a junior Olympic size community pool and club house. Between the 2 gated parts of Savannah Park is a business park with office space (leasing now). One side features the largest floor plans of the community, therefore prices are higher here.

The unique design of the town homes in this beautiful subdivision earned it the 2009 Parade of Homes Outstanding Feature Award for the private courtyard with covered lanai and breeze way which connects it to the two car garage. What makes Savannah Park special is not only the fact that all units feature 2 car garages and courtyards as well as the larger floorplans, but also the fact that Savannah Park is specified as Green Community by Ashton Woods. Green features of your town home will save you up to 25% on your monthly energy bill!

Savannah Park’s location with Sanford is hard to beat: located on International Parkway you less than 3 minutes from I-4 and 417 and virtually across the street from Colonial Town Park, ” the Heathrow dining and entertainment district” with local hot spots and trendy bars as well as grocery shopping at Publix. Due to its closeness to upscale Heathrow, the area is highly desirable within Sanford FL (West Sanford). You will also be within short distance of shopping at the Seminole Town Center.

Savannah Park is located ideally for outdoor activities: from your doorsteps you will be able to access the International Parkway which connects, through the Lake Mary business corridor, to the popular Seminole Wekiva trail where you can walk, skate, jog, or ride your bike all the way down to Altamonte Springs (15 miles of safe outdoor fun).
