Lake Mary, FL 32746
Woodbridge Lakes Gated Subdivision Lake Mary FL
Woodbridge Lakes is a desirable community right off of Rinehart Street in Lake Mary. Nestled between 2 other popular communities (Manderley and Timacuan), Woodbridge Lakes is the only subdivision that is gated. Location wise Woodbridge Lakes is very popular due to its closeness to I-4, 417, the Seminole Town Center Mall, Colonial Town Park, Lake Mary Boulevard and various other locations for entertainment, shopping and dining. Another benefit for home owners are the well built bike routes that connect Woodbridge Lakes with Lake Mary Boulevard and ultimately lead to the Seminole Wekiva Trail.
Woodbridge Lakes offers its residents a splash and recreation park. Driving through the community you will notice a relatively “hilly” setting, unusual and therefore desirable in (Central) Florida. The homes in Woodbridge Lakes were built by Engle Homes and, just like neighboring un-gated Manderley, Lennar Homes between 1997 and 2001. Therefore, Woodbridge Lakes, just as Manderley and Timacuan, has been able to maintain home values pretty well during the 2005-2009 real estate “crash”.
The community itself is very active and organizes frequent events (see HOA web site below). The community park can even be reserved by residents for special events. Despite the gate and park, the community of 276 homes has manged to keep its association fee at only approximately $50/month.
