The Retreat at Wekiva is a desirable gated community on the west side of Sanford in Florida. The community features a playground, park and several beautiful recreational park-like settings throughout which all make a wonderful spot to meet and mingle with neighbors. The community with 257 homes was built between 2001 and 2005 by Engineered Homes (homes by the entrance) and Crosswinds. Square footage here ranges from about 1,900 square feet to 3,000 square feet.

Enjoy life where things are happening in the West Sanford area!
