One of our favorite town home communities in Sanford FL is Greystone, built by Morrison Homes in the mid 2000s. What makes this townhome subdivision so attractive is the top location (easy access to Rinehart Road w/ shopping/dining, H.E. Thomas Boulevard, I-4, 417 and top rated Bentley Elementary school virtually in front of the gates), relatively low prices and HOA fee and the fact that almost each of these high quality town homes has a 2 car garage. In fact, when driving through this well kept community with 2 entrance/security gates, you will notice that properties here are rather attached single family homes than ordinary town homes. This is also true for the 4 different floor plans available in Greystone, the largest being around 2,200 square feet (3 bedrooms and bonus room). Most homes have a screened in porch and semi-private backyard. If you are looking for a home with the benefits of a single family and town home, this community would be your top choice in the Sanford area. The community pool resembles a resort style pool and the club house makes a very elegant impression and can be booked by residents for private events.

The only down side to this community are the power lines that run right through the community. Many buyers though overlook this fact because they have already fallen in love with all the benefits Greystone offers.
