Carisbrooke is one of the newer luxury home subdivisions in Lake Mary. Located in the upscale Markham Woods Corridor of Seminole County, Caribrooke is a gated neighborhood that was started in 2001. All lots are at least 1 acre large and the custom home builder has preserved most of the trees, making this community especially beautiful and nature friendly not only because of its closeness to Wekiva State Park (don’t be surprised to see deer and the occasional bear). The location of this community is hard to beat: convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment of Colonial Town Park (“Heathrow’s Up and Coming Downtown”) but also with easy access to I-4 and 417, Carisbrooke offers a luxurious lifestyle close to nature AND civilization.
